WEEKLY CHECK-INS- To promote communication and feedback to prevent plateaus.

ONLINE VIDEO REVIEW- Virtual Coaching. Send in videos of your training/skill progression to receive feedback and further instructions.

Working with Allan on 1-1 coaching has been fun, he is really relaxed, not overly pushy, but he nudges and encourages in a way that does not make you feel pressured. Allan presents all movements clearly himself with video and in depth written guidance. I am having so much fun with this and I can’t believe just how quickly I have progressed. With the help of Ebooks created by a registered dietitian, you will learn how to properly fuel your body, meet your goals, and get the most out of your training sessions. What we put in, is what we get out! 

HOW MANY SPOTS ARE AVAILABLE? 

There are only six spots available at one time. This is to ensure that You will get the support and attention you need throughout your fitness journey.
