Our Programs
Lower Body Essentials 1 & 2:
These introductory programs will ease into lower body training and will target your ankles, calves, knees, hamstrings, quads, and hips. We will start with the basics and gradually progress through 60 different exercises to build healthy and mobile joints/muscles.
Upper Body Essentials 1 & 2:
These programs will target your upper body and core. We will master some of the most essential upper body calisthenics exercises, such as archer push-ups, elbow lowers, the dragon fly, zombie push-ups, and more! These programs contain 72 different upper body progressions!
The Perfect Handstand:
This program will teach you a perfect handstand from scratch. We will start by improving wrist strength, mastering body-line exercises, and building a proper foundation. We will then advance through the basics, gradually progressing to master-level exercises!
New Release!
The Planche Program:
This program will teach you how to master the Planche! We will progress through 21 different steps. Each step includes various exercises that will target your shoulders, scapula, core, lower back, glutes, and hip flexors. Are you ready to challenge yourself and master this gravity-defying skill?
The Single Bar Muscle-Up:
This program is one of our most extensive courses. Each of the 14 steps will include a Warm Up, Pull-Up Progression(s), False Grip Progression(s), and Dip Progression(s). In the end, we will combine all three sections to master the Single Bar Muscle Up.
BP 30-Day Workout Plan:
This program will take you through a scaled 30-day training cycle to build strength, mobility, and flexibility just like an elite-level gymnast. This plan will incorporate many of the follow-along workout videos found throughout the Bower Power Course Library.
